A booking reserves a jacket in your name, size and tier. It is not a completed sale. We confirm it by WhatsApp on the number you give us, along with a reference like CDN-7Q4K2.

Keep that reference. It is how we find your booking when you message us.

You pay a ₹499 booking token online to reserve the jacket. The token is not a deposit against the price — it is adjusted as ₹1,000 off the final price.

The balance is payable on delivery. Nothing else is charged before your jacket reaches you.

• Solo ₹5,999 — ₹499 now, ₹4,999 on delivery
• Pilot ₹6,999 — ₹499 now, ₹5,999 on delivery
• Squadron ₹8,499 — ₹499 now, ₹7,499 on delivery

The ₹499 booking token is fully refundable any time before dispatch. Message us on WhatsApp with your reference and we return it to the original payment method.

Once your jacket has been dispatched the token is no longer refundable, because the jacket has already been made against your name and size.

Personalised items are non-returnable. A jacket, cap or case carrying an embroidered name cannot be resold, so it cannot be taken back once made.

Size exchange is accepted within 7 days of delivery. Message us within that window with a photo of the fit and we re-cut the shell one size either way. This applies to fit only, not to a change of mind about the name or tier.

Delivery is October 2026. We ship anywhere in India, dispatched from Lucknow. You get a WhatsApp message when your jacket is made and again when it leaves.

If that date moves we will tell you before it does, and the token stays refundable for as long as your jacket has not been dispatched.

Names are embroidered exactly as you enter them: up to eight characters, using letters, numbers, hyphen and space. Check your spelling — we stitch what you typed.

You confirm you have the right to use the name you choose. We may decline a booking whose name is unlawful, abusive, or implies an affiliation the brand does not have — including any military, governmental or armed-forces association.

These are genuine leather garments. Colour, grain and finish vary between hides; that variation is a property of the material, not a defect.

Care matters: do not wear it in the rain, wipe it with a dry cloth, and keep it away from heat. Damage from misuse is not covered by exchange.

CODENAME is an independent brand. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Indian Air Force, and the products carry no military insignia.

We may update these terms. The terms that apply to your booking are the ones published when you booked.
