What we hold, and why.
We collect what it takes to make your jacket and get it to you. Nothing else. No advertising trackers, and no cookies — which is why this site never asks you to dismiss a banner.
What we collect
Booking the jacket is the only place this site asks you for anything.
- Name
- The up-to-eight characters you want embroidered.
- Size
- S–XXL, so we cut the right shell.
- Tier
- Solo, Pilot or Squadron.
- Phone
- Your WhatsApp number, for booking and dispatch updates.
- City
- Where the jacket is going.
- Reference
- A code we generate, like CDN-7Q4K2, plus the date you booked.
We do not ask for your full address on this site, and we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
Why we hold it
To make the right jacket, to reach you about it on WhatsApp, and to answer you when you message us with a reference. That is the whole purpose.
We do not sell your details, share them for marketing, or send you anything you did not ask for.
Who else processes it
- Supabase stores the booking record.
- Vercel hosts the site and provides privacy-friendly, cookieless page analytics — aggregate counts only, never tied to you.
- Razorpay takes the booking token. Payment details go to Razorpay directly and never reach us.
- WhatsApp carries our messages to you, under its own privacy terms.
Analytics, specifically
We count page views and a few actions — the booking page being opened, a booking being completed, someone tapping a WhatsApp link. These are counts, not profiles.
No cookies are set, no advertising identifiers are used, and nothing is linked back to an individual visitor.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept while your order is live and afterwards for as long as we may need them for tax and accounting. Cancelled bookings are deleted on request.
Your choices
Message us with your reference and we will tell you exactly what we hold, correct anything wrong, or delete it. If you ask us to delete a live booking, we cancel it and refund the token where it is still refundable.
